How do I get started with Sort?
Email us at [email protected] and tell us a little about your team. We’ll help you set up your workspace, bring over your knowledge, and find a useful place to start. Your first month is a trial. If you don’t like Sort, we’ll refund that month in full.
How does pricing work?
Our founding customer plan is $299 USD a month per workspace. It includes unlimited members, pages, AI, chat, and storage, with fair use keeping things sustainable. What is a living page?
A living page gets a daily review from Sort. We read it alongside the rest of your knowledge and check whether it’s still fresh, relevant, and consistent. Has a process changed? Does another page say something different? Did a chat surface something new? Sort can bring it to the right person’s attention, suggest an edit, update the page, or create a new page when the knowledge needs one.
